So, I have had many inquiries regarding what should be addressed to parents and what should stay between you and you and your director/supervisor regarding behavior that may be what you deem as inappropriate or at best, questionable. What are your thoughts on inappropriate behavior from your preschoolers or younger- what do you deem as inappropriate? How did you handle it? Did you have the support of your director/ parents or did you write the incident "under the rug" why? How did/will you be addressing this behavior?
